Trademark Objection

Any distinctive quality that sets a good or service apart from the competition is called a trademark. Words, slogans, images, logos, graphics, colour schemes, sounds, or even scents might all be components of this identity.

However, trademark offices have the right to object to any trademark application that does not adhere to their legal requirements for a number of good reasons. Trademark objections might have a variety of reasons. It can be because a term or emblem is similar to any one that is currently in use. It could be brought on by the emotions associated with any faith. Very few factors exist that might lead to a trademark lawsuit.

In the unlikely event that you get such a protest from another party, you will need to reply within 30 days, or a month. A formal legal objection letter from the Trademark Department will be sent to you. However, the Registrar is fully entitled to withdraw the application if you don't take any action.
